Are there standard principles that an individual should follow to be a better human? A possible road map that an individual might follow to be a better human is to have consideration for others. The standard of how to be a better human should be taught at an early age. Being taught at an early age, of how to be a better human, provides the possibility that the information being taught early, may stick and have a lasting impact on the individual. The standard should be to treat others like you want to be treated. Treating others like you want to be treated provides a sense of calm with the assurance that you are doing the right thing. Respect others and carry yourself with respect. Respecting others allows individuals to see the value in others and know that they are worthy.
Live each day with the desire to be a better human. There is room in everyone’s life to be a better human. It reads in Romans 3:23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. The scripture is a good reminder that no one is perfect, and mistakes will be made, but every effort should be made to be a better human. I Will, Will You?
