Could the thoughts that a person is having about a serious life event be the reason that they find themselves in a state of worry? Is there a positive way to think about the serious life event?
Having a negative outlook regarding the issue may lead you to have depressing thoughts that could cause you to have a state of mind that is clouded with worry. When we are dealing with life issues, it is most common for us to follow the examples that we have seen demonstrated by others. It is easier to have the same viewpoint and reactions that we have seen from other people that are around us. Our lives are a reflection of how we see our friends and family manage negative life events.
We should avoid focusing on the negative side of the situation, we should instead change the way that we view the life event, find something positive in it and learn from it. I Will, Will You?
