I have often heard people wish that each other have a great day. My question is, what is required to have a great day?
Could the ingredients for a great day be?
A mind set on seeing and making the best of all situations.
Remembering that someone has it worse than you.
Knowing that hard or sad times do not last forever.
Focus on the good and positive things that are in your life.
You can learn something from why you are feeling like you feel.
Practice being positive, strength comes from practice.
Acknowledge how you feel, but do not rest in your negative feelings.
The day may not feel like it is a perfect day, but it is a perfect day for you to see past the negative and make it a great day. I Will, Will You?
