What does starting out mean? Starting out means to begin something or with someone. Starting out brings a unique set of issues and with a lot of unknowns. Plans are generally made to end up differently from where things started. When starting out the expectations are that things will change for the better. Starting out may not come with the most glamourous positions, but over time the hope is that there will be a change and growth.
To bring on a change, things must be started. Growth is the expectation when one is starting a new business. In the new business, as there are transactions that take place there is an opportunity to learn. Budgets and forecast are put in place to measure the expected growth that a business owner wants to see. Personal growth is another thing that has a starting point. As an individual matures the expectation is that there will be growth from where they started. Personal growth changes as individuals go through different challenges and issues. Personal growth is a way to measure and help individuals when they reach various life changing milestones that differ from where an individual starts.
In the bible starting out happens where one begins with their walk with the Lorrd. it reads in 2 Corinthians 5:17, “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.” Over time the expectation is that the new believer will be changed with the way that they think and act, their old habits will be forgotten, and new attitudes will be formed and changed from where they originally started. Believe that starting out is a place where one begins and over time with growth there will be a change. I Will, Will You?
