8 Steps to Help you Detox Your Thoughts

Your thoughts could be contagious and can ruin a good day. Learning how and when to detox your thoughts can save you from a day filled with feelings of being frustrated.

  1. Plan your day when you first wake up fill your mind with good thoughts.

  2. Let go of anything negative that may have happened yesterday.

  3. Focus on something positive about you.

  4. Refuse to allow the actions of someone else change your mood

  5. Be intentional about what you say to others.

  6. Treat people good even when they make it hard for you to be kind to them.

  7. Think good, see the good in your circumstance.

  8. Don't think that everyone is out to get you.
